Block watch meeting West Side Nosey Neighbors

Unfortunately most of the gangs he mentioned were on the South Side. There are gangs on all sides of town. Some of the ones he mentioned were SSS ( South Side Soldiers) LSP (Laclede,  Sherwood & Parkview) also one is called Thugs of Vengeance and on the North side were the North Side Lunatics.

We had an officer from the Special Investigative Unit speak to our group about gang activity.

For anyone that just couldn't make it to this event:
Did the officer happen to focus on gangs in any particular area or any current issues they're seeing?

We had an officer from the Special Investigative Unit speak to our group about gang activity. Bockwatch members also complained about drug activity in various neighborhoods, and Officer Jim Welch made note of these complaints. We had a nice turnout for the meeting and everyone enjoyed the guest speaker.

Our monthly meeting will be tomorrow Monday May 7th at 7:00 P.M. in room 103 at St. Brendan's. The police officer will be there so bring your concerns and complaints. Also, if there are any complaints about houses please bring the address with you.
