First, try to find out if there's a psych history or Alzheimer's involved. Could cause those problems.

Then, good luck, the one of the reasons we're moving. Now he's giving us dirty looks because the "sold" sign went up.  Guess he's scared of what will move in after us.  Too bad we just couldn't move the house-too expensive.

One of my friends who also lives on the south side is being terrorized by one of the neighbors.  How does one deal with a bad neighbor who upsets the existing tranquility of a neighborhood? The problem neighbor is now making verbal threats against my friend.
