I drove on Mahoning Avenue around 5 pm on my way downtown for dinner and saw nine State Highway Patrol cars positioned in various lots.

Mahoning Avenue is today's target for the zero tolerance program.  Many state patrol cars were observed between downtown Youngstown to the city limits.
