Over the weekend I drove past the southeast corner of Wick Avenue and the Madison Avenue Expressway.  I noticed that some type of steel structural components were on the ground near the two existing small windmills.  The components appeared to be for a much larger support structure.

Is another windmill going to be erected at this location?
