If there is an ordinance banning these signs, why can't the city take the number from these signs and call-get and address then send a letter stating that they will be fined if it continues---????????????Or better yet iwasthere can you handle this

The same yellow signs are in the Warren, Ohio area.

I know of another west side resident who is removing these signs.  It won't take long before we have them all removed.

I'm pretty sure the utility company doesn't want any signs nailed to their poles.  The nails and signs pose a hazard to their workers servicing the equipment on the poles.

Heard a lot of people say they are illegal. I grabbed about 50 a couple weeks back.

Question. What is the City ordinance on these signs? And are they allowed to be put on poles?

jay

Thanks to several people on the west side,  many of these yellow signs have been removed.

I keep wondering- Who is Melissa, and is she the one in need of those Diabetic Strips, and does she know Jesus is Watching..iwasthere used to take down the signs in our neighborhood

jay

I've noticed these advertising signs on other sides of town as well.

Get a group together and go out to remove these signs.

Over the weekend, someone erected numerous yellow signs at various intersections on the west side.  These joined other signs such as Melissa Buys Houses and Paying Cash for Diabetic Strips.  These signs are really starting to make our neighborhoods look trashy.    Could we get a few people together to remove these signs?
