Read the Vindy site tonight.. looks like the makeover is completed. 

Nice to see a business on the East side get some investment and
an upgrade... the publicity alone should help the business and give
it some national attention.

Every business that gets fixed up is another small nail being removed
from what was once looked upon as Youngstown's "coffin".

WHY on earth would they need to "rescue" the Martini Bros Burger Bar downtown?  That place is awesome and needs no fixing up.

It's actually more on the east side than downtown, but who cares.
I'm very glad to see this establishment getting so much attention. I figured it was going to go the way of the white elephant.
Good for them!
