It will be great to have another vacant building in use again downtown.  It just keeps
getting better and better....

Looks like Sutman still owns it. Not sure if he's finally getting that project going? There was a sign on the door for weeks saying to contact "Paul" about opportunity there. Dunno.

About 2 yrs ago it was rumored that Jimmy Sutman was going to open a breakfast/lunch type of eatery there.
Nothing's ever come of it, so I would assume someone else bought the space?  I don't know.
