i hope Julius makes it to council meetings on a regular basis. he does have had time getting to the polls on a regular basis to do his civic duty. will he be attentive to his constituents in his ward or will he treat them like he treated the ballot box?

What's needed is an advisor for independent candidates.

I've observed from past elections that the Board of Elections' employees often make statements that can lead a candidate to believe they are doing everything OK when they are not.
