Yes, I actually run Code Youngstown. Started back in the summer as a way to bring together programmers and software engineers in the area. Recently we've been doing some open source projects, the main one being an application for YNDC to help track boarded up properties. Long term goal is to get more people locally involved in open source software and turn it into something like a Code For America brigade. I can answer any other questions you have
