I'm very liable to drop some pay channel to counteract their increase.... We seldom watch Showtime maybe we'll just drop it.

We have Comcast here in my area, and I wish there were other viable options for us is in my
neighborhood...they keep raising rates, and have some of the worst customer service in the
entire cable industry.

Google Fibre is in early testing stages in a few cities in the U.S. and they [Google] have vowed
to make their high speed fiber network either free, or very low cost.  People in the trial cities
were guaranteed FREE Internet service for several years in return for volunteering to test things
out.

Google has said they are doing the network to send a strong message to the cable companies
in the U.S. that they need to have more competition and more reasonable rates, and that
their monopolies CAN be broken.
