I went to my website and checked out over 600 newspapers and most did not have a Charlie front page except a hand full of European papers, mostly French and German. My source did have the front page of The Vindicator and the answer is no.
As for the USA Today for today, here is it's front page ... no Charlie picture.

USA Today ran a photo of the Charlie Hebdo cover.  What about our local newspaper?
