You are partially right, but the fact remains that 50% of the adults of voting age are too lazy to even find the time to cast an absentee ballot, yet they scream bloody murder that their civil rights care being violated because they have to show some form of id when they go to vote. This may be too harsh for some, but this 50% should be forced to live under 5th world conditions so that they can see how good they really have it here in America, like having to spend a couple of years in the outback of Ethiopia living like the natives.

The Board of Elections is predicting a mlow voter turnout which leads to the question, How will this impact on the two Youngstown issues that are on the ballot?
