Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Action Plan

They released the Crandall Park area's action plan a couple of weeks ago.
If all of these neighborhood plans are actually carried out,  Youngstown could become a strong city again.

The Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Action Plan will be released during a meeting next week.  The Plan was developed after months of research by the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation.  The Plan includes strategies for addressing housing and property issues, street and sidewalk repair, crime and safety concerns, and encouraging economic development.
