The new owner has a Poland, OH address....auditor's website is having some tech
issues right now but the new owner info came up the other day when I checked.

Allan, do the new buyers live out of town?  If so, I don't expect much.
I was under the distinct impression that this building is still on the demo list...

As of today, the Woodbine Apartment building has been sold to a new owner.  They plan
on finishing what I started by fixing the place and reopening it.  I don't have many details,
since the sale was done without any "boots on the ground" in Youngstown, but I am very
happy to make this announcement.

I especially want to thank my realtor, who worked tirelessly for a long time to find a buyer.

More good things are coming to the Wick Park neighborhood... and I wish the new owner(s)
every success in their re-hab project.  Having the building fully occupied will only breathe
more life into the neighborhood - and will have saved a historic landmark from the wrecking
ball.

I walk away happy, knowing this.
