Have there been any complaints about this happening on Midlothian Blvd.? Did the same company do the work on Midlolthian that was working on the West Side?

Now there's asphalt blobs on Oakwood Avenue as you approach N. Belle Vista.  Some blobs are also on the Oakwood Avenue ramp entering I-680.

This asphalt company left tar tire tracks all over the nearby roads.  It looks as though a fleet of vehicles were peeling out.
