I really wanted to walk to work occasionally this summer, but each morning came and went.  And I found myself sitting on the bus.   There is still time before the bad weather starts, though.

I've started walking around Wick Park in the evenings with my dog, as I am
middle aged and fighting the "Battle of the B-U-L-G-E" - if ya know what I
mean.....

A recent news report listed the states with the most overweight people.  Ohio came in at number 15 from the top.  Walking is a good form of excercise for the young and not so young.  Maybe more of us should consider walking or running in the Youngstown Peace Race this year.
