Jay,  would the proposed tech hub be some sort of computer lab, open to the general public
and operated by the library ?

A member of the library's staff has proposed creating a "Technology Hub" on Mahoning to replace the West Side Branch Library if it moves to the Mill Creek Park Ice Rink.
