Downtown Food Truck

we need a better, more consistent, food truck scene. Maybe a food truck themed festival.

Yeah that was the Big Green Thing.  Great people and good food. 
It was at the Wick Park Easter Egg Hunt.
I also saw it at the North Side Farmers Market a couple of weekends ago.

Was it green? It may have been Big Green Thing - the better food truck.  The truck goes to different events around Youngstown.  The owner tries to use locally grown produce in the foods.  You can follow it on facebook or twitter.

I haven't had a chance to try the food yet.

I noticed a food truck in front of the Business Incubator building this afternoon.  One of the downtown regulars said the truck has been parked there each afternoon for the last four days.
