North Phelps is the best side street

I really like the look and feel of North Phelps Street.  Every building is still standing and almost all of them are occupied at street level.  The B&B Ladies Boutique recently opened on the first floor of the Federal Building and the Core Club will soon open at the corner of North Phelps and Federal Plaza West.

It is interesting to note that there are no parking lots on this block of North Phelps.
