Lead Urban Farmer

Under the general supervision of the Lots of Green Program Coordinator, the Lead Urban Farmer will collaborate with a team of professional staff in the day to day operations of Iron Roots Urban Farm. The individual hired for this position will perform general farm labor, assist in all aspects of product sales, assist in staff management, and perform equipment maintenance. This individual will also be responsible for training diverse new farmers, youth, and volunteers in general farm practices and maintaining a solid work ethic and developing personal discipline.
