The Street Festval was very nice.

The display was battered by the time the festival began due to wind gusts and thick humidity, but many cards were distributed.
We may be seeing some new faces on the board. (figuratively)

Some of our forum posters and viewers stopped by.

Thanks MUCH for stopping to say hello.

There may have been more that I can't remember.
I started to write names down later in the day. I am terrible with names!
If I've missed your screenname, please forgive...and post it as a reply.

Everyone was supportive, so we will continue to plug away!

Originally the fair told me 7:30 am to set up -- a post card yesterday said the street traffic will now be closed at 7 - setup starts at 6.
I have to contact my help and be there by 6 now.
I asked if I could have adjacent spaces and they said first come first serve,
so I really need to be there at 6 to make sure I have two spaces together.
I will place some chairs at 6 to claim spots together,  leave and carry the tables and stuff over later.
MV is only getting a card table, due to the change,  so there is less to carry, no real need for a HUGE display!

A 6 am setup with vehicle use closing at 7 for a 10 am show could be a slight  deterrant for people.
People like to drive their stuff to their spots.
Not complaining, just explaining.

This event is a good opportunity to showcase downtown groups.  Where are YAEDA, Youngstown CityScape, The Federal Plaza Committee, ACTION, StreetScape, Youngstown 2010, the CIC, Chamber of Commerce, and First Night Youngstown?
