the NYO Property group is doing the work. During the week they start at 4:30 and work until 9pm (which bothers some of Reality's residents) I have contacted D. Marchionda about the complaint, he contacted me immediately and said the work should be done soon.

On the day of the festival, the workers were using the jack hammers in the morning. 

I think the workers took their siesta in the afternoon.

the City does NOT own that lot and is not the one paying for / or doing the construction on the deck. FYI

I can't believe they will be working today. It would probably be time and a half for working on a Saturday.

A work crew is using jack hammers inside the small parking deck on East Federal at Champion.  This is right next to where the Simply Slavic Festival will take place on Saturday.   I sure hope the construction crew is considerate and doesn't use the jack hammers during the festival.
