Development to bring Kent State and city closer

Something like this would be great for Youngstown.  But, the developer is from Cleveland, and Kent is within Cleveland's "sphere of influence."  Youngstown is too far away from Cleveland or Pittsburgh--where the big money is--to benefit from them.
