You are right on Rick. The Jurisprudence case books are full of references to that famous case as it was cited in hundreds of other cases.

The legacy of our fine city is being discussed by constitutional scholars all across this nation, especially in light of VP Biden's remarks yesterday about executive orders relating to gun control.   A supreme court case, Youngstown Sheet & Tube vs. Sawyer still has implications today in the discussions about the power of the executive branch. 


So don't be surprised if your favorite talking head on your favorite news network in the days to come mentions the name of our dear departed homegrown steelmaker.
