Mayor Melfi of Girard was interviewed on WYCL radio twice this week.  He let it be known that he had very difficult negotiations with the Youngstown administration regarding the V&M deal.  Mayor Melfi feels that the City of Youngstown has not been living up to the agreement.  Mayor Melfi has called for a State of Ohio audit of the contracts and revenue distribution.
