Great news, I heard a rumor about this occurring about two weeks ago.  The restaurant is supposed to be an up-scale hamburger place.  But like you said Lyndsey, I hope this spurs on the development of the Paramount Project.

The Gatta Company will close on Friday, Cedars (bar) was offered a lease, the remaining area of the ground floor will be a restaurant while the rest of the building will be developed for apartments.
