For most of my working years, I worked the night shift which meant I had to sleep in the afternoon so I had a system that worked just fine ... I turned on the radio in my bedroom to an FM station that played classical music ... WYSU turned the volume down to a soft level ... had dark blinds down and soon drifted off to the land of nod. You would be surprised at how successfully that worked. By the way, I live on a main street with heavy traffic ... near No. 7 Fire Station and between two hospitals.
