huntington bank should take a pg from ws tire co on responsibilty when it comes to taking care of city free flowers.

West Side Tire on Mahoning Avenue was given flower plants by the StreetScape Committee in early June.  The company has done a wonderful job of watering and maintaining the beds during this hot weather.
