This photo of the 1913 flood in Youngstown not only depicts the B&O Station, it also shows the Fisher Fireproof Storage Company Building which is the Salvation Army Building of today.  Notice that the original building did not have windows on the sides.  The windows were added a few decades ago and the theft of them is why some people call the building an eyesore.
