Heard on Dan Rivers:

A new process is coming online that will allow 95% of fracking water to be recycled at the wellheads. The process was developed by a Pennsylvania company and  is being used there and  at a number of locations in Ohio.

This will allow the reuse of the liquid and would only require 5% of fresh water.
