At a candidates' forum this evening, Fifth Ward Councilman Paul Drennen promised to hold his council committee meetings at 5 or 5:30 p.m. to encourage participation by the residents of Youngstown.  Councilman Drennen was responding to a question which criticized Council's Safety Committee for holding its meetings at 10:00 a.m.
