Sammarone certainly seems like he is doing some great things for Youngstown.  While Jay Williams loved to bask in the glow of the cameras, Chuck is behind the scenes, quietly doing those little things that will greatly benefit life in the city.

Under the new administration, downtown smoking rules and litter laws are being strictly enforced.  The health department has caught several people littering on the Phelps Street side of 20 Federal Place and others smoking too close to the building's entrances.  The tickets issued could bring fines of up to $200.
