Reuters released yesterday the details of a partnership between Consol (Pittsburgh), the first to drill to the Utica last year,  and Hess (NY) with over $500 Million on the table.  It is reported that Hess will in a few weeks begin drilling in southern Ohio while Consol will concentrate in Mahoning and Portage counties, called the "Oil Window."
