Tell me about it.

I want to know how the tires enter the picture.  On my street there is a house that just weeks ago had a family living in it.  Then, all of a sudden the windows on the house were boarded up and the place completely abandoned and the front lawn now has about 10 tires just sitting there.  They weren't there before.  Just strange.

My theory is the house was foreclosed on and the people trashed it before they left.  But still....what's with the tires?  Strange coincidence.  Blight= old tires.

I just got a flat...maybe I should walk down the street and see if I can find a replacement.  LOL.

The west side is not immune from blight.
