It looks like a great morning to plant flowers in downtown Youngstown as part of the annual StreetScape project.  The weather is cool and no rain is expected until much later in the day.  All the fun (and work) starts at 8:00 a.m.  Arrive a little earlier to get signed in and have some refreshments.
