This was just one of many signs in the same or worse condition. 

By the way
This sign was on Bears Den Road across from the Kramer ball fields.

Guessing from the surroundings, I'm going to say the park entrance at Falls just off Glenwood.....

I read something quite a while back that said the city has a phone number
that residents can call if a sign is missing, damaged, etc.

Does that phone number still exist?

Did you ever look at the condition of some of our city's signs?  The one pictured below is practically useless.
