A Virginia pharmaceutical company raised the price of its opioid overdose reversal drug by more than 600 percent in 2016 as a way to "capitalize on the opportunity" of the  epidemic of overdoses, says a report released Sunday by an investigative subcommittee chaired by Ohio GOP Sen. Rob. Portman.
