The city's recycling program will no longer accept glass and workers will now inspect and tag recycling bins that contain materials not permitted by the program. The second time a bin is tagged, the bin will be taken away along with the $2.50 discount the city provides residents who recycle, officials told City Council's Green Committee on Tuesday.
