They're calling it a historic day here in the Mahoning Valley. The Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce celebrated a new agreement with a Chinese Trade Group Tuesday night inside Fellows Riverside Gardens.

The collaboration is scheduled to last for five years and can be renewed. Future research collaborations with universities in Shandong Province and YSU are expected.
