Two more obsolete laws.

So the City may choose which laws to enforce and which ones not to?  Wanton City leaders may use this power to oppress a person or entity.  No official is suppose to have power in a democracy, power is held by the people.  And Rick, your idea of transparency here should be utilized.  However, some leaders do not want anything left in writing.

These laws were on the books since at least 1896.

   There are many laws that remain on the books but are not enforced , I would quess that these 2 have not been repealed.
