Fourth Ward Councilperson

  Anyone that is from the 4th ward that is interested could write a letter asking to be considered to the Democrat Party. Then the precinct committee people would listen to the applicants and vote on the replacement. That person would have to run in the May  2011 primary. They would serve during the entire year of 2011. I don't know how the party endorsement would work.
