According to Governor Strickland's office, he has NOT reached a decision to protect Ohio from C&DD waste !

We MUST continue our quest to DEMAND protection under the Ohio Revised Code 3714.02 with backing from the Ohio EPA studies preformed in April 2008 and June 2009.

We have been lied to, deceived, and mislead. Our children, our homes, our lands have been contaminated across the state and those that we have chosen to protect public health are NOT when it comes to C&DD due to current laws/rules.
