   Don't believe every thing that you read. I just came from the P&R council committe meeting and there is nothing written in stone.

I can just see the crime rate rise with that statement Jay... You give kid's nothing to do they will do nothing but get into trouble...

To save money, it looks as though the City of Youngstown will not be operating its parks, pools, golf course and playgrounds this summer.

Is the availability of city summer recreational facilities important to you?
