We lost a representative who spoke his mind and responded to the needs of his constituency and replaced him with a cookie cutter politician who regurgitates the party line and seems to have no independent thoughts. Why would a man who represents an industrialized area vote for cap and trade if it were not for reasons more important than what the people in his district want? I DO NOT WANT A COOKIE CUTTER POLITICIAN. I WANT SOMEONE WHOSE ALLEGIANCE IS TO HIS DISTRICT, NOT TO HIS PARTY!

In exchange for money, a certain group of people have agreed to let your kids be killed. That group is the United States Congress. And for the last several years, many of them have been accepting money from AIPAC, a supposed lobbying group that stands exposed as a spy operation for a foreign government, in order to promote that foreign government's agenda, which includes war in the Mideast, waged against that foreign government's enemies.
This selling of America's children to a foreign government to be that government's mercenaries has to rank as the greatest single betrayal of a people by their government in all of history. So, let is take it one step at a time.

There are some things that must come into consideration:

(1) The Congress can refuse to seat Traficant. It's in the House rules.

(2) Even if they did seat him they can refuse to give him any committee assignment.

(3) They can also refuse him a Washington saff.

(4) They can give him the very minimum amount of funding for one district office.

In a word he would be assigned the worst office space on Capitol Hill and let him sit there all by his lonesome.

A number of years ago Bob Hagen fell into disfavor with Vern Rife and had this very thing happen to him.

OMG you are missing the point! This is a joke! It is pathetic and should not even warrant discussion because it is so foolish. He is a convicted felon that helped to ruin our regional and national reputation, and you don't see something wrong with that?

Cleveland is right to mock this.

Just out of curiosity how old are all of you Traficant supporters? This is type of outdated thinking that put us on the situation we are in today.

Are you honestly foolish enough to say that you would like to see the person who symbolizes everything that has been wrong with this valley for the past 30 years back in to a position where he represents us?!? This is what is frustrating to me about so many of the people here. You guys talk like you want to see realistic change in the area, yet the first chance you get to put this mockery back into office you say you would seize it?

I would be amazing dissapointed in the people of this area if they were idiotic enough to put traficant back in office.
