          Rick, I agree, Jay would that not be a good deed and maybe start a trend that someone would spend a free minutes and clean it up rather report it and walk away. Believe me Jay, I know that you do your fair share of clean ups.

This collection of beer bottles, beer cans and wine bottles (all in brown paper bags) is in front of a vacant store in downtown Youngstown.

I thought the City of Youngstown hired some group to maintain the downtown by removing litter.
