South Hazelwood in front of Chaney High School was closed for most of the day.
 A crew, possibly the Water Department, had dug into the street.

Crews were installing forms on several corners of Mahoning Avenue in preparation for cement work.

An electrical crew was working inside the former Rite Aid on Mahoning Avenue.
