A Driver's Reaction

I would have more of a problem with the fragrance than the stinky passenger.  Air fresheners and perfumes give me migraine headaches.

A middle age man boarded the bus today and then exited about one mile later.
 Just as the passenger left the bus, the female driver sprayed some type of fragrance around the front door area of the bus.
Was this a stinky passenger?
