Don't Send Your Leaves to the Landfill

The Green Team will pick up leaves, in the city of Youngstown, left in brown paper bags.  They give out bags for free every year or you can purchase them at the store.


This year they are short of drivers so you will need to call and let them know you have leaves to be picked up.

I can't believe how many Youngstown residents bag their leaves and then place them on the curb for trash pick up.

Try to give your leaves to a neighbor who has a compost pile.

Start a neighborhood composting location.
