Campaign Sign or Not?

It is a campaign sign for Carie Watson.  She is running against Pat Kelly.


Her only campaign so far is a Facebook page and a meet and greet in March.


5th ward council is the only item on the ballot in May.

I made a mistake.  The name is Watson.

I recently noticed what appears to be a campaign sign along South Schenley in the fifth ward of Youngstown.   The sign is white with the word Walker in black letters.  There is no other information on the sign.
