I keep reading about all these developers wanting to put in apartments downtown. Why? What's in downtown? Other than a few bars and restaurants...nothing. It's a food and shopping desert. You need to drive out South Ave, Mahoning Ave, or 422 to get anything. Other than going to YSU...what is the attraction of downtown? Oh...did I mention the parking problem?
